Controlled Medications

To ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, patients must undergo an in person medical evaluation prior to the initiation or prescription for any controlled medications, including but not limited to appetite suppresants (such as phentermine/adipex) and hormone therapies (including testosterone). Controlled substances will not be prescribed via telehealth without meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. Direct referral from your primary care provider who has performed in person assessments and treatment will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure continuity of care. 

In person exams can be arranged on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.
